Source India 2019 was a Flagship Global Reverse Buyer Seller Meet conducted by The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Promotion Council, held at the Bombay Exhibition Center, Goregaon, Mumbai from 21st-23rdAugust 2019.
Source India is a franchisee developed and built by the Council. The aim of the Council is to providethe participating exhibitors and the invited buyers and buying agentswithan opportunity to interact with each other, negotiate business deals and to facilitate long term business relationships. The opening ceremony was attended by11 members of BAA team and various buyers from around 40 countries and some leading brands.
The BAA delegation started their day by reviewingthe show and exploreda variety of manmade fibresand other synthetic sources showcasedby the organizers. The products displayed included fabrics and productsmade out of polyesters, nylon, viscose, polypropylene, acrylic and other blends.
One to one business meetings were organisedby the Counciland the members of the BAA delegationhad anopportunityto meet credibleexhibitors at the B2Blounge. The meetingswere fruitful and provided good business opportunities. Many of our members were able to find newproducts that they were looking to find.
The organizers arranged networkingdinners on two evenings. Our delegation members attended the dinners and met exhibitors informally. The hospitality by the organizers were exceptional and kudos goes to the Council for the well-organized hotel accommodation and other facilities which werehighly appreciated by our memberswho attended the Show.
